Designs with Diamond saw blade

Concrete has got varied usages and whether used as a decorative fence for your little garden or when placed on your roof to give a more dutiful sturdy appearance concrete is something needful as a vital thing in all cases. Well are the concrete all of the same shape?

Certainly No they are varied in its sizes and shapes. You might have wondered how different patterns and curves are made in it. Well it’s all possible by the diamond cutting or the diamond saw blade fitted power tools which enables the operator to chip and cut the stone, concrete, asphalt as he just pushes the rotating blade unto the surface of the material .The diamond cutting tool with its circular steel blade and metal powder /diamonds coated rims does the work of chipping either the dry or the wet way of chopping finely through the rough concrete surface.

Provided with the right diamond cutting blade the production of a simple concrete fixture is simple yet if you want to make it more decorative or personalized then use the right diamond saw blade to cut the curved lines upon the fixture.

Firstly you need to cut a rope of desired length and arrange it in the required shape upon the concrete. Now using a sharp pencil draw an outline along the rope and trace the curved design. Later use the concrete saw fitted with the diamond edged cutter can be used to saw /chip the required design .Just hold it with both hands and in few minutes the blade would exactly cut the design but you can make an extra deeper cut upon the concrete by retracing the required design with the blade.

This seems to be quite simple but do inspect that the diamond saw blade is placed on a correct diameter blade shaft between proper flanges and is securely hand tightened with wrench. Also the operating conditions of the blade should be properly checked so that while the machine is turned on for chipping a required shape the V-belts or the blades do not unexpectedly fallout off the core of the tool.

It is true that diamonds are provided upon the rims with the intention of chipping the odd ends and cutting the required shapes upon the concrete but take time to understand how the masonry sawing /chipping tool actually works. On the course of excitedly creating the personalized frame work upon your dry or wet concrete you should not end up getting injured isn’t it? So be safe and follow all the manufacturer’s guidelines in the manual before you start the saw to cut the shape you want!
